Side Tracks will continue to be open for take out customers & delivery! We have made arrangements to add staff to accommodate additional customers. Our dining rooms however will be closed until further notice per order of the Governor. We have put into place additional cleaning and sanitizing methods and will be following spacing suggestions that have been recommended for those customers who choose the pick-up option. All orders must be placed either online or called-in 15 minutes prior to closing time. We ask to limit modifiers or special requests as much as you can again to help us to be timely with our order pickup & delivery schedule so we can minimize lines. We will do our best to accommodate demand and this will be a work in process. All call-in delivery orders are to be paid by a credit card over the phone - customers are able to leave a tip for the driver on the credit card signature receipt the driver brings on the delivery. There is a tip section for online ordering that will also go to the driver. Driver's do not carry cash!
ST Loyalty: During this time, rewards customers are still able to receive points for every purchase & redeem their birthday reward like before; however, loyalty redemptions are not available until we can open for dine-in services. Redemptions will only be allowed for dine-in loyalty members and will remain unavailable for carryout and delivery orders.
